Brian Barnett (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TBR Spinner mobile application (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Your privacy is critically important to us. TBR Spinner is designed to be a private and secure place for your reading list.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, sell, or have access to any of your personal information or the book data you enter into the app. All of your data remains under your control.

How Your Data is Handled

  • Book Data: All the information you enter about your books (such as title, author, genre, page count, series, dates, etc.) is stored locally on your device within the app’s secure container.
  • iCloud Sync: To provide a seamless experience, TBR Spinner uses Apple’s iCloud service to sync your book library across all devices where you are logged in with your Apple ID. This data is stored in your own private iCloud account. We, the developers of TBR Spinner, do not have access to this data. Your data is protected by Apple’s iCloud security and privacy policy.
  • App Settings: Filter and sort preferences are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and are not transmitted anywhere.

Analytics and Crash Reports

TBR Spinner does not use any third-party analytics or tracking services. To help us improve the app, we may rely on anonymized crash logs and usage statistics provided by Apple through App Store Connect. This is only collected if you have opted in to share this information with developers at the operating system level. This data is fully anonymous and cannot be used to identify you.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
