Data We Do Not Collect
Waveform Camera is designed to be a private, on-device tool. We do not collect, save, or have access to:
- Your photos or images.
- Your audio files.
- Any personal information.
- Any analytics or usage data.
How We Use Your Data
All processing happens locally on your device.
- Camera Access: The app requires permission to access your camera (
NSCameraUsageDescription). This access is used only for the purpose of capturing a new waveform image. The captured image is processed on your device and is not stored or sent to any server. - Photo Library Access: The app requires permission to access your photo library (
NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription). This access is used only for the purpose of letting you select an image to import for processing. The selected image is processed on your device and is not sent to any server.
Exported Files
When you export an audio file, it is saved directly to your device or shared via the standard iOS Share Sheet. We do not have access to these files.
